Service network across India.
Dealer-owned service centres, regional parts warehouses and field engineers — engineered around the way Indian sites actually break down.

Reach measured in kilometres, not days.
Our service planning rule is simple. No SDLG customer should be more than 250 km from a service centre, or more than 600 km from a parts warehouse. We add new centres before we add new models.

Four regions. One service standard.
Each region is led by a dedicated SDLG India regional service manager who is on the hook for fix-rate, parts SLA and customer CSAT. Performance is reviewed monthly.

Any part. Any centre. On a truck within 24 hours.
If we miss the 24-hour dispatch SLA on a confirmed breakdown line, the part ships freight-paid and the next service visit is on us. No paperwork, no exceptions.
Field engineer dispatch.
For breakdowns more serious than a filter swap, we dispatch certified field engineers from the nearest service centre. 18 fully-stocked mobile workshops are on standby for mining and large-fleet sites.
- 01
Call logged
Customer or dealer raises a service ticket — by phone, WhatsApp or dealer portal. Auto-routed to nearest engineer.
- 02
Engineer dispatched
Field engineer confirms ETA within 60 minutes during working hours. Service van pre-stocked with top-50 wear parts.
- 03
On-site within 24h
Engineer reaches the machine within 24 hours for any site within 250 km of a service centre. Live status to customer.
Customers running 5+ machines on a single site can opt for a resident engineer on a 6 / 12 / 24 month contract. The engineer reports to your site supervisor and is backed by the regional manager for parts escalation.
