Whichever comes first applies · Pre-existing damage and operator misuse are not covered · Extended plans must be activated within the first 1500 hours.
Four steps from fault to fix.
The clock starts when you raise the claim. Most claims close in under 5 working days end-to-end. Critical-line cases get priority handling and air-shipped parts where required.

Notify dealer
Raise the claim within 7 days of failure via dealer portal, WhatsApp or phone. Capture machine number, hour reading and a short fault description.

Inspection
A field engineer inspects the machine within 48 hours. Photos, fault codes and oil samples (if relevant) are uploaded to the warranty case.

Approval
SDLG India warranty desk reviews and decides within 72 hours. Status is visible to the customer in the dealer portal at every stage.
- 04
Repair
Approved parts ship from the regional warehouse, the engineer schedules the repair and the machine is returned with a written job-completion report.
